Jan van Riebeek established a halfway house on the Southern point of Africa in 1652. After the Dutch, the English also governed the Cape which resulted in many of the people moving northwards in search of a more independent lifestyle. Pretoria Central

Other suburbs in the vicinity is Blue Downs and Belhar. There is also Khayelitsha & Site C. There are many youth empowerment organizations in Delft and the area has also gained a reputation because of its numerous recreational events. There are properties available for just over US$14,000.
Berea
The cheapest property in South Africa can be purchased in Berea which is a suburb of Johannesburg. It is located in the province of Gauteng and it is right next to the central business district of Johannesburg. One-bedroom apartments is available from just over US$10,000. This suburb has been established in 1893 and it is situated on an old farm with the name of Doornfontein. This suburb was named after Berea in Durban.
